When you go on social media and you see photos of people with the most ridiculous bodies? 6 packs and insane bikini bodies.

That’s damaging people and stopping them achieving their weight loss goals because they expect to be like that over night! The people who have bodies like that gave worked their backsides off to get to the point they are at with their bodies unless they are a genetic ‘freak’!!

So the issue is that people are trying the diets expecting to get results like they see on social media.
